Desta and Ariel NOAH Share Casual Sushi Outing in Jakarta

Desta and Ariel NOAH were seen together in Jakarta enjoying a relaxed sushi meal and casual conversation, according to a report from detikFood published on Thursday, August 27, 2026.

The outing, described as a laid-back hangout, appeared to be a low-key social moment between the two public figures. detikFood's coverage focused on the pair's easygoing dynamic while dining, highlighting the informal nature of the gathering rather than any specific event or occasion.

The report comes amid recent public attention on Desta, who has been in the news for stepping away from Vindes Corp, the digital media company he co-founded. Multiple Indonesian outlets, including CNN Indonesia and ANTARA News, have covered his departure, with fellow celebrities publicly expressing support for the comedian and television host. Vincent Rompies, his longtime co-host, has said he is ready to continue the next chapter of their joint projects without Desta.

While the sushi outing itself carries no direct connection to Desta's professional moves, the timing adds a layer of public interest. The detikFood report offers a glimpse of Desta in a personal setting, away from the headlines about his career decisions. Ariel NOAH, the lead vocalist of the band Noah, is a well-known figure in the Indonesian music scene, and his presence alongside Desta drew attention from fans following both celebrities.

The meal appears to have been a simple, friendly meet-up, with no details provided about the restaurant's name or the specific conversation shared between the two. detikFood's story remains focused on the visual and social aspects of the outing.

As Desta navigates his post-Vindes chapter, observers will likely watch for further public appearances and any announcements about his next professional steps.
